Remote Intake Coordinator
Brooke has spent more than a decade building a legal career across an unusually broad range of practice areas. Since 2013, her work has spanned estate planning, probate, tax, corporate, tort, and now criminal and family law. She began as a Legal Assistant and later moved into a Paralegal Intern role, gaining a close-up view of what it takes to support attorneys and serve clients well.
At Kurtz & Blum, Brooke serves as the firm’s Remote Intake Coordinator. She is often the first voice a prospective client hears, guiding them through intake, gathering the information the attorneys need, coordinating appointments, and acting as a steady bridge between the client and the legal team.
Outside of work, Brooke keeps a full and creative life. She reads, cooks, and paints, but what she loves most is time with her family. She and her fiancé are raising an adventurous seven-year-old son alongside three dogs with three very different personalities: a Bloodhound, a Mastiff, and a Schnoodle. The family spends weekends in the mountains, at the lake, or at home over a board game or a Studio Ghibli film. Every summer, an extended-family beach trip anchors the calendar.
