Amy is the firm’s accountant and brings more than 20 years of accounting and trust account experience working with law firms. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting from NC State University, and her expertise in law firm financial operations and IOLTA trust account compliance makes her a critical member of the Kurtz & Blum team.

At Kurtz & Blum, Amy oversees the firm’s accounting processes, trust account reconciliations, compliance procedures, and financial reporting. Her depth of knowledge across both the financial and operational sides of law firm accounting helps the firm maintain strong financial practices and compliance standards, allowing the attorneys to stay focused on what they do best: serving their clients.
