Start your legal career with hands-on experience from day one. Work closely with experienced attorneys on meaningful cases, gain courtroom exposure, and develop the client communication skills essential to successful practice—all within a supportive, collaborative environment.
For newly licensed attorneys or those in the first five years of practice, this role offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in litigation, client advocacy, and case strategy. Junior Attorneys at Kurtz & Blum take on meaningful responsibilities early—including drafting pleadings, negotiating, handling hearings, and supporting trial preparation—while receiving guidance from our experienced team.
For attorneys with prior practice experience, our firm provides a collaborative environment that also empowers you to work independently. Ideal candidates are confident in the courtroom, trial-ready, and skilled strategic thinkers with sound ethical judgment. Strong, compassionate communication with clients and staff are essential, as is a dedication to mentoring others and a genuine commitment to professional excellence.
